Welcome!
This is a very rough first attempt at creating a public system for tracking Camp NeeKauNis's maintenance needs. Some of the information entered is truly false and will disappear before the site is truly operational.
The goal is to create a system whereby
- committee members, camp directors and others who love NKN can add, edit, and record tasks ("tickets") without hassles
- each camp building has detailed information about its condition, beds and mattresses, window and door sizes, and short and long-term maintenance needs
- we have a detailed record of the work that is done and what needs to be done
- we can acknowledge and celebrate our dedication
- data is accessible while we are at camp (without internet access)!
The last item is native to the software chosen and can be implemented quickly, upon request to dawn (dawn@lepard.ca)
